REMIX: Maxwell - Ascension (Aywy & Sh?m Remix) @abstract_youth

This remix could almost be classed as an original as the track is basically unrecognisable, in some situations that can be a bad thing but that's definitely not the case here.

AUDIO: Harts - Angels Walk Below @harts_

A mixture of indie and soul here coming out of India born Australian resident Harts. This track is taken from his debut album and I might add that Harts himself composed, arranged, produced, wrote and mixed the whole thing himself. Wowza!

AUDIO: Hugh - Charlie @hughlovehugh

Regular readers of this blog may remember British band Hugh from an earlier post I did about them in January when they first came out. With their first song I liked it but didn't know what to make of the 'Hugh' sound as a whole but after the recent release of their EP 'I Can't Figure You Out' it's clear Hugh have found their niche.

This song 'Charlie' is the stand out track for me on the EP, it has such a funk, soul feel to it, I love it!

AUDIO: Snow Tha Product - Doing Fine @SnowThaProduct

Another week begins with more sweet music. This post comes in the form of Mexican rapper Snow Tha Product. Today I was doing my usual, checking out the new releases and listening to interviews of artists whose campaigns I'm following right now, in one video by an American tastemaker who was speaking about rap music he mentioned Snow Tha Product.

He was comparing Iggy Azalea's position in the industry to the position of Snow Tha Product so I then looked her up and immediately thought it was crazy that I hadn't heard of this girl before haha. I've been really feeling her tracks, it seems like she's got a great pop-rap balance so it'll be interesting to see which team snaps her up.

AUDIO: Men Among Boys - PurpleBlack @themenamongboys

I'm not sure why but when I first came across Men Among Boys's soundcloud I thought what I would hear would be some indie music so when I pressed play and a R&B sound came out it was definitely surprising. In a good way!

There's not much about the London duo online but their music definitely sits well alongside your Frank Ocean's and Raleigh Ritchie's.

VIDEO: Fifth Harmony - BO$$ @fifthharmony

Ok so I don't usually blog things like this, I like to stick to the unheard/under the radar artists but watching this video today kinda shocked me, in a good way.

If you're aware of Fifth Harmony it's probably from the US X Factor, they didn't win but did well enough to bag a record deal. They've had some ok success in the US but have recently changed there image to I guess, cause excitement.

The track is nice, nothing jaw-breaking but enough to change your idea of the girls to sassy grown up women which is a big change from the squeaky clean image they had before. It'll be interesting to see how this campaign panes out.

VIDEO: Braque - Vices @braquemusic

Today has been a Braque day for me. I only came across the singer, songwriter and producer yesterday and have just been replaying the below track over and over again.

On your first listen you think that its a band but in fact it surprised me to find out that it's just one guy. He's also part of a collective alongside Bastille and Rag N Bone Man so no wonder his music sounds so good.

AUDIO: Natasha Kmeto - Inevitable @natashakmeto

Over the past few days on my usual music search I kept coming back to this track from Portland singer Natasha Kmeto. Initially when I heard the track it grabbed me in a strange way, I wasn't to sure if I liked it or not but for some reason I kept coming back to it.

After listening to it several times I just can't stop haha. It's so earry and chilling that it just captivates you.
