AUDIO: Falcons & Ekali ft Vanessa Elisha - I Won't Lie @falconsbeats @ekalimusic @vanessaelisha

Here LA native Falcons and Toronto artist Ekali team up on this hard hip-hop trap inspired track that is an absolute speaker banger! Vanessia Elisha is an artist I've been following heavily on my blog for a while now - here she lends her sultry vocals to the track which takes it to another level.

AUDIO: Mullally - Troubled Love @mullallymusic

Norwich isn't the necessarily the UK capital for the fresh new music exports but that reputation may have to change with the emergence of 19 year old neo-soul artist Mullally. Check out his track below!

AUDIO: SYV - Grade @SyvUK

I have a slight favoritism towards acts from my area - I can't lie. But nevertheless with or without my geographically bias I would be raving about this guy as he's smashing it right now. Signed to Black Butter Records this I assume is just a teaser of what's to come this year from him.

Check out the banger below!

AUDIO: TRACE - Honey @listentotrace

After wow'ing us with her debut track Heavy Shoulders the beautifully somber but sultry artist TRACE returns with new track Honey.

AUDIO: Sea Bed - Caves @seabedband

I took a little European break - well when I say little I mean I was train hopping around Europe for 2 weeks. It's was amazing and inspiring but now I'm back.

After my mini break the first track I'd like to share, rave and rant about is from Brighton based duo Sea Bed. Supported by Annie Mac the duo are off to an exciting start.

AUDIO: Jordan Bratton - Frank @jordanbratton

New York rapper Jordan Bratton really quite my attention with this one. It's both lyrically smart and mad chill. Perfect combo.

AUDIO: FooR & James Hype - Wait For Me @wearefoor @jameshype

James Hype and FooR have gone back to back on this. There's two versions but I was leaning more towards this one. Big tune!

AUDIO: Cartoon feat. Jüri Pootsmann - I Remember U

After conquering the charts in Estonia, trio cartoon are looking to make an impact on the UK with this Sigma-esk track I Remember U. The vocal on this is such a killer that I just had to support it - it lifts Cartoon's production to another level!

AUDIO: Salute ft RobLaw - Work (Rihanna Cover) @saluteAUT @roblawmusik

I pray Roc Nation doesn't come for Salute with this one as it's a sick remix. RobLaw on the vocals smashes it.

AUDIO: Joe Hertz ft Amber-Simone - Stay Lost @joehertzmusic @TheAmberSimone

After a string of remixes and previous collaborations with Kaleem Taylor and Liv - Joe Hertz is back with his new single Stay Lost featuring vocals from Amber Simone. It's been a long time since we've heard from Amber Simone - last time she released any material was this time last year with her track I'm Feeling High.

Hopefully this is just one of a number of exciting tracks she and Joe have coming out this year.

AUDIO: Seramic - Waiting @seramicofficial

British powerhouse singer-songwriter Seramic returns to the interwebs with his new trac Waiting. I hear an EP is on the wait from this mystery man and I for one will be first in line to hear it.

AUDIO: Dylan Williams - Vibe @realdyls

From the sounds of this track it seems that the UK has a new rapper that they needs to be watching out for. Dylan Williams sprung up on my timeline today randomly - after checking out this soulful hip hop track of his I was hooked. It appears to be early days for the artist but it's already looking promising.

FEB 2016 - Speaker Ink Playlist @xomusic_uk @laboumfatale @asbjornmusic @ThisIsROMANS @Ren_Phillips @aisha_badru @Henrietta_UK @thechiarahunter

February is done! I can't believe it - it's like I've blinked and March is here. It's really scary but nevertheless as the month ends we can reflect on the great music it's given us.

This month we saw the return of Australian duo Two Another with another strong track called Keeping Me Under. Chiara Hunter, Ren Phillips and Pote all made returns to Speaker Ink with new releases.
I also discovered some new artists in the form of London based songstress Henrietta and Aisha Badru. It's a sick bunch of tracks so please enjoy!

AUDIO: XO - Night Time Solace @xomusic_uk

XO returned strong with his single Divine Disaster and does it again with the follow up Night Time Solace. It's glitchy, hard and completely sincere.
